Gift Card FAQ's

How will my gift card be sent?

When you purchase a gift card you are given two options:

Option One - Click on 'I want to send this as a gift' and enter the recipients email address. This will send the gift card directly to the recipient. You can add a message and also select a send date if you wish.

Option Two -  If you choose not enter a recipient email address i.e. you are buying for yourself or you wish to share the code manually with the recipient, the gift card code is emailed to you using your own email address. Please ensure your account email address is correct as we cannot accept responsibility for gift cards sent to the wrong email address. 

How long is my gift card valid?

Your gift card is valid for 12 months from the date it was issued.

Where can I use it?

You can redeem your gift card online at themagickalmagpie.co.uk on eligible products.

Can I get cash instead?

No, gift cards can’t be exchanged for cash or used to buy other gift cards.

What if I lose my card?

If you have your order number or proof of purchase, we may be able to reissue the remaining balance.

Can my gift card be cancelled?

Yes, if we detect fraud, tampering, or misuse, we may cancel the card without refund.

What happens if I return something bought with a gift card?

Your refund will go back onto a gift card. If you used a mix of payment methods, the refund will be split accordingly.
