Where Do We Ship?
We ship to Guernsey, Herm, Alderney, Sark, Jersey, and the United Kingdom via Guernsey Post and the wider Royal Mail network. We are currently unable to ship to Europe or the rest of the world.
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Please note that orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Guernsey (including Herm, Alderney & Sark)
- Flat rate: £3.99
- Free shipping on orders over £50
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 days from dispatch
United Kingdom & Jersey
- Flat rate: £4.50
- Free shipping on orders over £50
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 days from dispatch
- Please note that delivery times may be significantly longer during the Christmas period. We recommend placing your order well in advance to avoid disappointment.
VAT & Taxes
United Kingdom: All orders shipped to the UK include VAT. This is prepaid at the applicable rate to HMRC at time of shipping. For UK customers VAT is already included in the product price so there are no additional charges at checkout.
Channel Islands (Guernsey, Herm, Alderney, Jersey & Sark): Channel Islands prices reflect the removal of VAT with a portion of this saving offset against the rising costs associated with shipping goods to Guernsey. This net adjustment is applied automatically as a discount and reflected in the product price.
