SECTION 7 – GIFT CARD VALIDITY & REDEMPTION CONDITIONS
-Validity
Gift cards issued by The Magickal Magpie are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The expiry date will be clearly stated on the card or in the digital confirmation. After expiry, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or reinstated.
-Redemption
Gift cards may be redeemed online against eligible products. They cannot be exchanged for cash, used to purchase additional gift cards, or applied to outstanding balances from previous purchases.
-Delivery & Activation
Digital gift cards are activated immediately upon purchase. Customers should retain proof of purchase or the original email confirmation.
-Loss, Theft, or Damage
If a gift card is lost, stolen, or damaged, we may be able to reissue the remaining balance only if the customer can provide the original order number or sufficient proof of purchase. Without this, we cannot replace or refund the balance.
-Fraud, Misuse, or Breach of Terms
We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse a gift card if we reasonably believe it has been obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in breach of these terms.
Examples include: unauthorised resale, tampering or duplication, use for deceptive or abusive purchasing behaviour. Where cancellation occurs due to suspected fraud or misuse, no refund will be issued.
-Refunds on Purchases Made with Gift Cards
If an item purchased with a gift card is returned: refunds will be issued back to a gift card, not cash. If a mixed payment was used (gift card + another method), the refund will be split accordingly
SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third‑party tools “as is” without warranties. Use of such tools is at your own risk.
Future new services or features will also be subject to these Terms.
